Barbara French: Spreading the UCSF Story Far and Wide

As Vice Chancellor of University Relations, Barbara French is honored to share the great work of UCSF. She sees how UCSF and its commitment to research, education and patient care makes an impact on the people of San Francisco, the Bay Area, the State of California and beyond. As Barbara puts it, “We always have something terrific to tell the world, thanks to our amazing faculty, staff and students.”

Having worked in communications her entire life, she sees her role in leading the University Relations team and spotlighting the UCSF community as a “joy – to be able to do this work on behalf of the fabulous men and women of UCSF.”
