Eat at Pasta Pomodoro, Donate to AIDS Walk San Francisco

Calling all members of the UCSF campus community: Eat at Pasta Pomodoro's Irving Street restaurant on Thursday, July 12, and help raise money for AIDS Walk San Francisco. Now you don't have to walk any further than Pasta Pomodoro at 816 Irving St. to help raise money for the AIDS Walk San Francisco, the annual trek that contributes to AIDS Foundation (SFAF), in addition to several other local AIDS service organizations. For the past 25 years, SFAF has been dedicated to providing equal access to health care, cutting-edge medicine and advocacy for their clients, regardless of ability to pay. Just print out and bring in this flyer (pdf) and hand it to the server at Pasta Pomodoro on Irving Street. One flyer per table is fine. Pomodoro will send a check to AIDS Walk San Francisco, paying 10 percent of the food order, excluding alcohol. "This is an excellent opportunity for managers to show their appreciation to staff by taking them out to lunch and to help contribute to a good cause," says Lisa Cisneros, UCSF AIDS Walk coordinator. AIDS Walk San Francisco is scheduled for this Sunday, July 15. Related Links: Pasta Pomodoro flyer (pdf) Final Week to Support AIDS Walk San Francisco
