Project Overview

The Administrative Support Building will serve as administrative office space for physicians and hospital staff. It will not have any clinical functions.

Construction of the ASB is an important piece of the BCH Oakland Campus Modernization, as it will allow for the relocation of staff from seismically non-compliant buildings south of 52nd Street and enable the future construction of the New Hospital Building project. Project construction is expected to begin in July 2023.

Community Involvement

Community members are welcome to attend upcoming meetings on the Administrative Support Building or review previous meeting documentation. Additional documentation is also available for review related to this building. See draft approval documentation

Community & Government Relations Projects

UCSF is engaged in a variety of ongoing projects designed to enhance the campus and medical center, and better serve both patients and the greater community.

When we embark on any project, planning always includes engagement with the local community.
